Ed Sheeran and Justin Beiber released a new collaboration together on May 10, 2019.
This new summer jam is all about not giving two f’s about anything as long as you are with your “baby.” When I first heard about the release of this collaboration, I was definitely very excited to listen. Though I did not listen to it as soon as I would’ve liked to, it is now on repeat.
I was not surprised in the sense that it was a great song, but the beat was more similar to Ed’s album “Divide. ” I was surprised by that because Justin is known for his more upbeat/ fast paced songs. I think it was a nice change though.
Justin’s vocals over the slower, but still spicy beat really accentuated it all. It just has a nice flow and beat that is subtle but makes you want to dance along. Of course, that is just my opinion.
